Once a payment has been successfully processed and the e-book has been made available for download or has been downloaded by the user, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
Since digital files cannot be physically returned, we cannot retract access once it has been granted.
We take pride in our digital products. However, if you experience technical issues, such as a corrupted file download or being charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error, please contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase.
In such rare cases of verified technical failure or duplicate billing, we will review the transaction and, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement file or process a refund.
